 Leading the Design team.
 Review of structural analysis model prepared by design team and provide with technical inputs as required.
 Solution of critical structural problem and provide with guidance for design of special structures under special circumstances.
 Suggest any necessary change in design if unusual situation is encountered during any construction work.
 Provide with technical guidance regarding different national building codes.
 Guiding the DEA team to prepare the response for any critical technical questions raised by Accord and Alliance.
 Training the design team on new design methodologies and ideas.
