Responsibility

❖ Conduct the technical audit program to find out risks regarding building safety for fire and structural soundness of building with respect to the Alliance Standard, ACCORD Standard, BNBC 2006, NFPA, and Specific Brand Requirements.
❖ Preparation of design, drawings and calculation of fire protection & detection system.
❖ Review various fire prevention, detection & protection requirement and to suggest appropriate measures.
❖ Verifying CAP of garments factory based on inspection report of fire safety and building safety assessment and calculate the risk comparing the progress.
❖ Provide information & interpretation to owner of factories & buyers on fire safety code requirement and various rules & law’s requirement.
